Frequently asked questions

How much does a project cost?

Most of our full-service projects range between $20,000 and $40,000. Our Minimum Level of Engagement is $12,500 — if you have 10 minutes, click here to understand what's involved and what you can expect from us —.

How long does a project take?

Most of our full-service projects take between 8 and 12 weeks. The smallest projects, usually Webflow developments only, take between 2 and 3 weeks.

What are the payment terms?

We usually go with this structure: 40% upfront. 15% after approval of milestone #1. 15% after approval of milestone #2. 15% after approval of milestone #3. 15% after approval of milestone #4, which represents the project delivery.

We can make adjustments if you need. Payments via Stripe or Paypal.

How is communication done?

We can communicate through Slack, email, and Google Meet. But we like asking feedback directly on Figma when the subject relates to the web design stage.

We use Loom to record videos, and we believe it's the best way to show and explain the work done. You can access them in your time, ask questions and provide feedback through comments — some stages will only initiate after your approval, so it's vital to keep a fluid communication —.

What services do you offer exactly?

We do research & strategy, written content, visual content, and web design as part of our UX/UI Design service. We offer Webflow Development too. Our full-service combines all of that.

See our about page for an overview, or click here for details.

Do you partner with other creative agencies?

If you own a well-established agency from high-cost places like New York, London, and San Francisco — or any other — and are looking for a partner that can take good care of your Webflow Development services, we'd love to chat. We may help you to be a little more profitable.

What separates Riffmax from other UX/UI Design & Webflow Dev studios?

There are many highly competent studios offering basically the same services as we do. The ones we see as competitors are great, without exception.

So, what makes us different? First and foremost, we treat all projects as if they were our own. We put your shoes on and try to understand what's best for your business in every single aspect of the work we produce.

Second, we like visual ideas that travel globally and work instantly, and we believe things should be simple, intuitive, organized, and engineered to endure.

Third, we see websites as a sales tool: your website should help you sell more. If not directly, like an online store, it should serve your business as a prospecting machine.
